Hello! My name is Riya Bhajan.

I am currently a student at New Jersey City University, majoring in

Fine Arts and Art Teaching Certification.

My collection of portrait art comes from my interest in the diversity of beauty. Every portrait is an exploration of the individual’s unique features and expressions. My intention as an artist is to represent women with all their confidence and illustrate the beauty of all races and body types. I am also inspired by creating art that captures a moment in time or a lost memory shared with others in order to display an emotional connection between the viewer and the artwork.
